Our Challenge

A leading home organization brand was seeing strong conversion rates on its hero product but lagging in traffic and total sales. Analysis of keyword and performance data revealed we were under-indexing on high-value search terms due to lower organic visibility. In addition, the creative assets relied heavily on traditional lifestyle photography, limiting click-through rates (CTR) and overall appeal in a competitive niche.

Project Overview

We set out to utilize A/B testing to validate our creative and messaging strategy with the goals to:

  • Lift conversion rates and sales with a modern, benefit-driven creative approach.
  • Confirm winning creative elements before rolling changes out at scale.

Our Steps

1. Controlled A/B Testing & Validation

  • Launched an A/B test on Amazon to compare Version A (original) vs. Version B (new creatives using ai and integrated graphics).
  • Set clear success metrics: conversion rate (CVR), sales, and units sold.
  • Achieved a 97% probability of success for Version B, creating a trusted data foundation for all subsequent optimizations.

2. Main Image Optimization

  • Replaced lifestyle photography with a clean, AI-generated hero image integrating product packaging
    (version B).
  • Delivered a sharper, more professional look that stood out on search results and mobile.

3. Image Stack Refresh

  • Rebuilt the secondary images to focus on customer benefits and pain points, rather than product
    features.
  • Used a problem-solution formula informed by competitor analysis and Amazon mobile best practices.

4. Keyword-Focused Title & PPC Campains

  • Restructured the title to prioritise high-value search terms, placing them early for stronger visibility and
    SEO impact.
  • Launched single-keyword Sponsored Product and Sponsored Brand Video campaigns to maximise reach
    and reinforce relevance.
  • Targeted areas where conversion rates were strong but visibility and indexing lagged, ensuring alignment
    between traffic and performance potential.
  • Achieved rapid ranking gains on top search volume terms following the creative and campaign updates.
  • Maintained strong organic positioning even after pausing ads during inventory constraints, confirming the
    effectiveness of on-page and keyword optimisation
